What You Get

The Community Cupboard has put together a healthy and nourishing food distribution plan for individuals and families. You will receive 3 meals a day for 2 days for a family of 4. Food Bag Policy: 1-3 people get 1 bag, and 4 and more get 2 bags; 2 bags per week is the max regardless of family size. A family of 4 gets 2 bags, each bag contains 12 individual meals which equals 24 meals divided by 4 = 6 meals per person which equals enough food for 3 meals a day for 2 days plus all the other “shopping” items that can supply even more meals. Our volunteers will be happy to help you.

"Items that may be available include: bread, canned soup, canned vegetables, canned meats, pasta, dry milk, cereal, canned fruit, oatmeal, dried beans & rice, frozen meat, sweets. Miscellaneous fresh fruits and vegetables are based on availability. All of this is FREE.
